A 19th-century illuminated Ottoman Quran, signed by Hafiz Hamza Hikmati, the son of Ghalib Bin Alhaji Yahiya, and dated AH 1262 (corresponding to AD 1845). The manuscript features intricate floral motifs and geometric patterns typical of Ottoman illumination, with gold accents throughout. The Quran is accompanied by its original black and gold-tooled leather binding.
