A beautifully crafted Chinese cloisonné enamel vase, dating to the late Qing dynasty (circa 1870–1910) or early Republic period (early 20th century). The vessel features a striking hexagonal, lobed form decorated throughout with an intricate diamond-grid floral motif in vibrant turquoise, blue, red, and yellow enamels.
Each side is flanked by a finely cast mythical beast handle, likely qilin or dragon hybrids, applied to the bronze body with expressive detailing. The vase’s surface showcases classic cloisonné wirework typical of Beijing workshops of the period.
The base interior retains its original bronze core and shows age-appropriate oxidation. A small inset square maker’s or pseudo-seal mark is visible at the center of the base—common among cloisonné pieces of the era.
